Unlock Your Non-Profit’s Full Potential with Tailored Solutions: Elevate Donor Engagement, Boost Awareness, and Achieve Fundraising Success with Planned Legacy
Multimedia Recognition Displays
Multimedia recognition displays combine the distinction and presence of an architectural donor wall with the flexibility and proven attraction capabilities of digital media.
Imagine the power of an interactive display that allows you not only to recognize donors, volunteers, and organizational leaders with photos, video, audio and text, but one that also provides you with the ability to tell your story, feature your history, describe current and future projects and highlight successes in a compelling fashion that draws people to your organization.
Multimedia presentations can be interactive or self-cycling. They can stand alone or be integrated into your recognition display. Blending classic architectural style with vibrant multimedia presentations that are quick and easy to update allows your organization to benefit from the best of both approaches. You can provide exceptional donor recognition along with your most current information, and also provide your audience with the opportunity to share your story, embrace your vision and interact with your displays in a contemporary and engaging environment.
Donor Walls
Donor walls should be much more than just a tiered listing of names and categories. Donor walls and recognition displays created by Planned Legacy are truly unique, enabling clients to highlight achievements, honor supporters and celebrate history in a fashion that resonates with their communities.
Planned Legacy donor walls are designed not only to recognize your most cherished contributors, but also to enhance your environment while providing an inspiring reflection of your organization’s mission, culture and message.
Touch-Screen Information Kiosks
Touch-screen information kiosks with interactive multimedia presentations are one of the most powerful ways to connect with your community and involve them in your mission.
Planned Legacy will work closely with you to create a compelling presentation that can be viewed on a self-standing kiosk, showcased in a custom-designed enclosure or integrated seamlessly into an existing display.
For many clients transportable kiosks provide an excellent option for outreach marketing. The kiosks can be taken to shopping centers, galas, sports venues or other special events where a wider audience can experience your dynamic multimedia message. Whatever you choose, the result is a presentation that becomes a key destination, promoting your vision and highlighting your achievements.
Digital Signage
Digital signage enables non-profit organizations to inform, promote and communicate current events and messages in an ever-changing dynamic format.
Using video, text, audio and photography, digital signage can be used for capital campaign marketing, donor recognition, public relations or anything else you may want to feature. It can be further enhanced with current events, announcements, weather, time, news feeds and more.
The possibilities of digital signage for nonprofits are really limited only by your imagination. And as with other Planned Legacy multimedia, you can easily manage your displayed information with the Planned Legacy Web-based Content Management System.
Wall of Fame & Memorial Displays

Donor Wall Design, Fabrication & Installation – We do it all.
From donor wall and recognition display design to fabrication and installation, Planned Legacy does it all.
We create a detailed concept design that includes your recognition ideas, donor names, history, images, organizational branding and any other elements required to successfully communicate your message.
Part of the process includes a full list of materials itemizing recommended laminates, wood, metal, lighting, fabrics, glass, stand-offs and other components. Once the concept design is approved, Planned Legacy will produce complete working drawings for final fabrication.
At this point our skilled craftsmen will begin fabrication. The entire display is created and assembled on site at our manufacturing facility where materials, hardware, graphics and electronics undergo a rigorous quality assurance and testing process. Then the display is disassembled, wrapped and carefully crated for shipping to your location, ready for installation.
Sometimes an organization will have its own staff install both the architectural and electronic components of the recognition display, using detailed instructions provided by Planned Legacy. In most instances, however, clients choose to have our experienced team look after the complete installation. Only wall preparation, electrical service and Internet access remain the responsibility of the client.
